Councillors gathered to see the height (19 feet or 5.4 metres) of this building which the Planning Application described as ‘single storey’. In fact, the ‘upstairs’ of this building will be boarded to make a area which will be used for storage and will allow users to stand upright.

This area was marked out for a few hours for the councillors to consider.  The general public were not given an opportunity to see the dimensions (20.7 metres long and 9.9 metres wide), unless they happened to be passing at the time.
